Jen and Jess are co-owners of L'essence Day Spa & Salon. Combined, and they are natural beauty experts! At L'essence, all of our employees are paid in-house. We don't rent space out to sub-contractors to ensure that every member of our staff is well-compensated, and that each employee is primed and ready to deliver exceptional service to all of our clients. We personally train all of our hair stylists to deliver elegant haircuts that prioritize creativity and precision.
