Covid- 19 Updates

At L’essence Day Spa and Salon we want to share with you some of the adjustments we have made to our Reno salon and spa. This is out of abundance of caution for our staff, our guest, and our community. We have made many internal changes to our salon and spa procedures but we wanted to share with the ones that will effect you at your visit.

• Please come alone to your appointment. We will not accommodate extra family members, children or friends. If they come with you, they will need to wait outside.

• Hand sanitizer is present throughout our salon and spa.

• All stations and rooms will be wiped down and sanitized in between each guest.

• We will not be offering beverages, please bring your own water with you.

• Please feel free to download “Pocket Salon” from the App Store or Google Play. Pocket Salon will allow you to check out, book appointments, and purchase product from your own devise. TIP: when searching for the salon on the app, search by our zip code 89501.

Please know how very important providing excellent service is to us. These new measures we are taking are temporary until we can get back to the high standards that you have come to expect from us.

We sincerely appreciate your support. The situation has certainly brought some challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. We understand that these circumstances are ever changing and they require our constant attention and reevaluation. We ask that you please be patient with us as we make the necessary adjustments.
